WHAT IS ONEIRONAUTICS?

Oneironautics is the art of dream navigation. It is an ancient discipline present in all so-called dream cultures, a healing and inspiring tool for self-psychoanalysis, very useful for those who want to heal mental illnesses of any kind or who simply seek methods to be more creative, free, intelligent, and healthy. Oneironautics has two fundamental learning phases: the first is dream memory, that is, the ability to remember, record, and analyze dreams while awake. The second consists of achieving lucidity in dreams with a specific action plan. In any case, at this festival, maps and compasses are provided so that everyone can enjoy their own experience, which will be shared and analyzed as a group. We will also offer personal support, guidelines for interpreting and understanding archetypes, and we will coordinate a joint action plan, a group goal to achieve collective lucid dreams.

ONCE UPON A TIME...

Someone tells you about a meeting in the middle of the forest, a gathering that lasts three days and bids farewell to the summer sun. It's the ONIRONAUTA FESTIVAL, the recovery of a forgotten tradition, that of the TEMPLES OF DREAM.

It's a time to close your eyes. The celebration is an internal state; the celebration is understanding the meaning of symbols, sensing that our imagination, our dreams...have meaning.

The Onironauta Festival is a TAZ (Temporary Autonomous Zone), a community experience where we cultivate freedom, creativity, and the recognition of those essential things that make us happy. We pay special attention to the symbols that surround us and that we recognize within, those symbols that crystallize in the story of our lives, that emerge in art, and that, if not consciously integrated, can cause blockages and even trigger neuroses.

The Onironauta Festival is an introduction to the art of lucid dreaming, an exploration of dream cultures, and an opportunity to delve deeper into the symbolic keys to our personal history.

We will also collectively experience food—organic and local, "from the garden"—cleansing rituals (through water games), and dreaming.

We want to connect with the group on a playful and profound level, sleep comfortably, be spontaneous, and not censor our self-expression.

Focus on the present moment. Invest in your own gifts, service, and self-esteem. Ensure good nutrition and rest. Love and treat yourself as your best lover: visit beautiful landscapes, read inspiring books, explore nature and the planet. Meditate and explore universal love.

When you feel that you love yourself and have cultivated your inner world, surround yourself with trustworthy people who caress your heart: they can be family or fraternal friends. Dare to try new experiences while respecting your essence: don't shut yourself away and, above all, understand that love is a pure idea with infinite arts to manifest itself, although you can begin by practicing the 64 ARTS that we will share with you in this seminar.
